What are the benifits of walking?… and what parts of the body aside from the legs does it work??? Does it also work the calves, butt, and the upper body???
How long should I walk for to get a great work out?

    Been doin it for years…at least 30-40 minutes 4-5 times a week. It strengthens your entire core system, increases your cardio rate and improves your blood flow to lower cholestrol. Makes a super positve attitude. Get your mp3 player and go for it! :)
